Jamie has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2007, completing her mortgage broker education through UBC Sauder School of Business. She continued her studies in business at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Her extensive experience includes positions as a Senior Loans Officer, Underwriter, and Mortgage Associate with some of Canada’s largest banks and lending institutions.

 Jamie’s underwriting background provides valuable insight into how lenders assess applications, including complex financial situations and unique lending structures. That knowledge helps anticipate challenges, identify suitable lenders, and prepare strong, well-supported applications positioned for approval.

 Established relationships with a broad network of lenders provide access to mortgage options for purchases, renewals and refinancing. These connections help Jamie’s clients secure financing best suited to their unique needs and long-term financial goals.

 After serving Vancouver’s mortgage market for 20 years, Jamie is now based in Lake Country, BC, assisting mortgage clients across Canada. As a parent and homeowner, she understands the significance of mortgage decisions and how confusing the process can feel.
